We ship your orders every 2, 4, 6, or 8 week intervals (depending on your plan) and it includes enough food to last based on your selected delivery frequency and amount on your account page.
To see when your next order is scheduled to arrive login to your account and under "Your Plans" you will see a section with your next delivery date:
For 1st Time Customers:
- If you log in to your new Kabo account here: kabo.co/account you will be able to see all the information about your first order. (see image below)
- Please note, some features will activate in your account after your first order has been delivered!
For Current Customers:
- If you log in to your new Kabo account here: kabo.co/account you will be able to see all the information about your next delivery. (see below)
Please make all changes to your orders before 11:59PM ET Thursday, the cutoff date, otherwise your changes will only apply after your next order.
If you skipped a delivery date you'll be all lined-up for the next earliest available delivery date. We are unable to do custom delivery dates as we need ample time to make sure the food can be made to the highest quality and safety standards for your pup.
