To update your shipping information you will first need to login to your Kabo Account here.
Make sure to use your email address and your password you signed up with to make your purchase. If you forgot your password, you can reset it here. If you have any trouble logging in feel free to email us at help@kabo.co and our Kabo Care Team will gladly assist you.
Once you are logged in follow these steps to make the change to your shipping address:
- Navigate to the “Your Account” Tab at the top of the page
- Scroll down to the section labelled “Delivery Address” or click "Address" near the top left of your page.
- Enter your new information in the given fields
- Click save changes to complete and take note of the delivery cycle your changes will be applied to on the right hand side
- If you urgently need to change your shipping address for an order that is currently being prepared make sure to email help@kabo.co
Please keep in mind our cutoff for order changes; if you make changes after this date, the changes will take effect for the the order after your already scheduled delivery.
