A Note from Our CEO: Winter Delays
With the winter delays and COVID-19 impacts on delivery partners, we wanted to inform our pup-stomers that we will be adjusting delivery dates during this time to arrive one or two days earlier to ensure you can get your food safely and on-time.
Going forward your packages will arrive either Wednesday or Thursday. Unfortunately due to worker shortages and new COVID safety measures at our delivery partners it will be difficult to accommodate custom delivery dates and we ask for your support at this time.
We'll always let you know about this in advance so you can make sure the change works for you, and you can always reschedule your delivery from within your Kabo Account if you need to!
Please accept our sincerest a-paw-logies for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do our best to make sure all pups have their delicious Kabo meals this season and we truly appreciate your understanding!
