Here at Kabo, we believe that dogs deserve better! We created our flexible subscription service to help pet parents feed their pups meals that are amazing quality, healthy, pre-portioned, and delivered to their door. Very nice right?!
Here’s how you can get started:
- First you will need to fill out your dog/s profile by following our simple questionnaire here. This helps us formulate the exact food your dog needs on a daily basis and at checkout you can see the price for your 2 week trial order.
- Once you complete your purchase, you will get a confirmation email with your delivery date and order details. You will also now have access to your Kabo Account Page where you can manage your account information (once you receive your trial box you will have access to make changes to your future orders!).
- When it's your delivery date you will get another email with tracking information for your package that will be insulated to keep your food cold/safe for 48 hours after delivery.
- In your box you will see instructions for how to properly store and most importantly how much to feed your pup for each meal. Our transition guide is also included to help you slowly introduce Kabo to your dog.
- Store the pre-portioned meals in your freezer, and defrost 1-2 packages in your fridge as needed.
- Serve your lucky pup fresh, all natural food and watch them clean the bowl.
- The following Wednesday after your shipment you will receive a reminder email with details on your next order and instructions on how to make any changes, skip or cancel before the cut off date.
- Your following orders will be billed on the Friday 1 week before your next delivery and continues on a 2 week cycle. However, you can change your plan to ship every 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 26 weeks if those timeframes work better for you and your pup.
- We’ll automatically ship you more food every 2 weeks (according to your plan) so that your doggo always has healthy, delicious food.
