In order to provide a consistent and safe delivery experience for our customers we require all changes to be done Thursday at 11:59PM ET prior to your order being billed.
Unfortunately, we need more than a couple of days' notice for any changes you'd like to make to an upcoming delivery because we make the food fresh and work with delivery partners to coordinate the order. This includes your delivery date, delivery address and the box contents (recipe selection and any treats or extras).
The cut-off for making changes is Thursday 11:59PM ET. Once this point is reached, the order is locked into our system - meaning we can't make any changes :(
On any given day, our fulfillment teams are working with thousands of boxes which are then placed on large wooden pallets in our facilities, ready to be collected by our couriers for delivery. Unfortunately, there's no way for us to locate and remove a single box from these palettes once it's been packed or even produce extra product outside of production cycles.
But don't worry, you can log in to your Kabo Account and see the last call for changes date + your delivery date. We also send delivery reminders via email the week before your delivery is due (make sure to mark Kabo emails as important). If you do need to make changes head over to your account page and select "edit" under deliveries on the left panel (see illustration below). Any change can be made prior to the cut off date and any change requests afterwards are subject to a fee to cover extra costs from production to delivery.
